Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned community banking offices across multiple towns to provide front-line support and seamless customer service.
• Greet and assist customers professionally using Bank Service Excellence Standards.
• Accept deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, sell official checks, and maintain cash levels.
• Ask questions to identify needs and refer customers to appropriate team members.
• Prepare daily settlement; balance cash drawer accurately and efficiently.
