Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong reading, writing, grammar, and math skills; good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned ACNB Bank offices across Adams and Franklin Counties to provide front-line support and seamless customer service.
• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Accept deposits, cash checks, accept loan payments, sell official checks, and maintain cash drawer.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate team members.
• Prepare daily settlement and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Support compliance with internal policies and risk management.
