Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in banking or related position with proven success in meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, multitasking, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by profiling customers and delivering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets while supporting office-wide sales objectives via cross-selling and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
• Maintain high accuracy when opening deposit accounts, processing loan applications, and conducting financial transactions.
• Refer clients to other lines of business and collaborate with team members for seamless service.
