Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Katy, TX to perform maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial culinary equipment and related logistics gear. You will travel to deployed job sites and support warehouse operations when not in the field.

Requirements include a high school diploma (technical training preferred), a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years in equipment maintenance or repair, with fluency in English; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical or trade school training in equipment maintenance or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary maintenance support for commercial culinary equipment, including inspection and preventative maintenance.
• Travel to culinary job sites to support deployed equipment and inspect for damage or maintenance needs.
• Diagnose and repair commercial cooking, food service, mechanical, and gas-powered equipment.
• Perform light electrical maintenance and troubleshooting and de-energize/lock out equipment as needed.
• Support maintenance for Logistics equipment, warehouses, and other assets when not deployed.
• Inspect buildings and work areas and perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and address safety concerns; document inspections and repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance devices safely.
• Order parts, maintain inventory, and document maintenance activities.
• Operate company vehicles and travel based on project schedules and needs.
