Job summary

Commercial Kitchen in Houston, Texas is seeking qualified Commercial Equipment Service Technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations. You will install, diagnose, and repair equipment, provide excellent customer service, and complete calls in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking/refrigeration equipment.
• EPA certification required; CFESA certification considered a plus.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills are essential.
• Strong customer communication and service mindset.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
