Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is hiring a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician in Brockton, MA. The role is full-time, on-site, with hourly pay between $25 and $35 and bonus opportunities.

The technician will service commercial cooking, refrigeration and ware‑washing equipment, diagnose issues, and repair systems with suppliers as needed. The position includes on‑the‑job and classroom training, CFESA certification potential, a company vehicle and fuel card, a tablet and cell phone for business

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to be involved with emergency on‑call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware‑washing and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment; read diagrams and schematics as needed.
• Communicate with manufacturers to assist with diagnoses and parts identification.
• Install ordered parts in a timely and professional manner per company policy.
• Promote other Smart Care services when appropriate to customers.
• Produce accurate work orders, time reporting, receipts and inventory documents.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean service vehicle and tools inventory.
