Ace Service Co. is seeking an experienced Commercial Kitchen Technician in Needham, MA to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment in the field.

You will work independently on service calls, often in high‑pressure kitchen environments, and participate in on‑call rotations. The role offers competitive pay ($26–$55/hr), a company vehicle, benefits, and a sign-on bonus up to $12,000 for experienced techs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial cooking equipment in the field.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills.
• Ready to join the on-call rotation shortly after onboarding.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more.
• Managing service calls independently from diagnosis through completion.
• Delivering professional, high‑quality service to commercial customers.
• Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams.
• Participating in after‑hours and weekend on‑call rotations.
• Identifying additional service or repair opportunities while onsite.
• Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts inventory.
• Completing required documentation and attending training sessions.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
