Smart Care Equipment Solutions in Brockton, MA is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing and related equipment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to be involved with emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel as assigned.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair kitchen equipment using diagrams and schematics.
• Communicate with manufacturers for diagnoses and parts identification.
• Install ordered parts in a timely, professional manner per company policy.
• Promote other Smart Care services to customers when appropriate.
• Produce accurate work orders, time reporting, receipts, and inventory records.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a neat service vehicle and parts/tools inventory.
