Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a registered nurse with clinical trial experience to support day-to-day trial operations in Washington. You will ensure proper documentation, data transfer, and adherence to GCP and SOPs.

You will liaise with the RN team, site staff, and principal investigators to drive smooth trial execution, oversee visits, administer medications, and manage samples. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• GCP certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of venepuncture and ECG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully conversant with trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF, SOPs, and timelines to run the trial smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with RN team, site staff, PI, and project manager to ensure information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs while ensuring subject confidentiality.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other meetings as required.
• Coordinate subject trial visits on- and off-site with RN team.
• Ensure procedures and assessments follow protocol and SOPs; data collected accurately.
• Administer trial medication per protocol and manage storage and accountability.
• Process and dispatch samples, liaising with couriers per project requirements.
• Identify potentially eligible patients and assist recruitment for trials.
• Report adverse events and SUSARs to site team and RNPM.
• Report misconduct or fraud as required.
