Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support regionally aligned activities across the United States.

The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, with on-site or remote execution and rigorous adherence to ICH-GCP and local regulations. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or nursing background, strong communication skills, and be prepared for up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely).
• Verifies the process of obtaining informed consent and protects confidentiality.
• Assesses site processes and conducts source data review to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security.
• Maintains ISF and TMF, ensures archiving of essential documents.
• Documents activities and supports recruitment, retention and awareness strategies.
• Manages site-level activities, budgets and timelines; adapts to changing priorities.
• Acts as liaison with site personnel and ensures training/compliance.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participates in training sessions.
