Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a part-time/full-time Rehabilitation Aide to support physical therapy sessions and patient care across multiple Maryland offices. You will assist clinicians, take vital signs, document observations, and help maintain a clean, organized treatment area.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and 1 year in a similar office setting. Travel to various locations may be required to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Certification or enrollment to become State Certified within one year.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification required.
• 1 year experience in office providing physical therapy or chiropractic care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients pre and post care as directed.
• Take vital signs and document progress notes clearly.
• Perform basic physical therapy modalities as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment areas.
• Monitor therapy equipment and inventory; restock as needed.
• Support general office operations including filing and patient registration.
• Travel to other locations to ensure coverage for patient care.
