Job summary

Aston Carter seeks an STC Advocate to represent our client in Manville, NJ, delivering a seamless car selling experience at customers’ homes. You will drive a company vehicle to daily appointments, review vehicles, complete digital paperwork on an iPad, and coordinate towing while upholding safety and brand standards.

Role involves a mix of office and field work, with benefits for eligible temps and a clear path to direct hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for 5+ years.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail in paperwork and records.
• Capable of long periods of driving and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at homes and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Drive a company car to 6–8 appointments daily and maintain a clean driving record.
• Review vehicles, explain steps of the process, and complete digital paperwork on an iPad.
• Enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system after each interaction.
• Coordinate towing services for vehicles from customer locations.
• Maintain safe driving in line with motor vehicle policies.
• Support team with tasks and adapt to changing processes and priorities.
• Clearly communicate offerings and service details to customers.
