Job summary

Aston Carter in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a STC Advocate to represent our client in an innovative online car buying and selling experience. You will drive a company vehicle to customer homes, review vehicles, and guide customers through digital paperwork with care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform 8+ hour physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive to ~6–8 customer appointments per day at homes.
• Greet customers, review their vehicle, and explain the process.
• Complete paperwork on an iPad with accuracy and clarity.
• Enter notes into the customer tracking system.
• Coordinate towing for vehicle pickup after appointments.
• Prioritize safe, consistent driving per policies.
• Collaborate with team members and support ongoing processes.
• Communicate offerings and service details clearly.
• Manage time to meet daily schedules in a fast-paced environment.
