Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a STC Advocate in New Stanton, PA to meet customers at their homes and guide them through digital paperwork, coordinating towing when needed. You will drive a company vehicle and ensure a smooth, no-pressure buying/selling experience.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service, a valid driver's license, and a strong emphasis on safety and accurate documentation. This is a contract-to-hire position with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-person representative for customers selling their vehicles.
• Drive a company-owned car to ~6–8 appointments per day at customers' homes.
• Greet customers, review vehicles, and explain steps of the process.
