Job summary

Iron Heart Canning is seeking a Packaging Technician to set up and break down equipment, perform CIP sanitation, and operate the canning line. You will ensure quality checks, maintain cleanliness to Iron Heart standards, and collaborate with brewery staff on site.

Starting compensation is $20/hour with full-time benefits including PTO, paid sick time, holidays, and health insurance. Flexibility for long shifts and overtime is common in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to learn onsite and follow procedures.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down heavy equipment for canning runs.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation per CIP procedures and maintain equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot labeling/date coding equipment and monitor quality checks.
