Job summary

Iron Heart Canning Company LLC is seeking a Packaging Technician in Randolph, MA for a full-time role. You will set up and break down equipment, run the canning line, and ensure Clean-In-Place procedures meet Iron Heart standards.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with benefits including paid sick leave, holidays, PTO and medical/dental insurance; onsite training and opportunities for progression are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• One year packing machine operator experience preferred but not required.
• Craft beverage knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport and set up/take down heavy equipment for canning runs.
• Perform chemical mixing and sanitation procedures.
• Set up and troubleshoot equipment like labeler and date coder.
• Conduct regular quality checks and keep equipment clean.
• Interact with brewery staff and other technicians on site.
• Operate and maintain packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
