Job summary
tdgFacilities is seeking a Building Systems & Low Voltage Mobile Service Technician in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio to support our regional clients. You will work across low-voltage wiring, access control, CCTV, sensors, building automation, and related hardware, troubleshooting and performing installations in commercial facilities.
This full-time role involves on-site field work with a typical Monday–Friday schedule, some on-call rotation, and a competitive hourly wage.
Qualifications
- Experience with low-voltage systems, security or access control, CCTV or surveillance systems, or building automation and controls.
- Knowledge of commercial electrical work and fire/security systems.
- Familiarity with door and access systems, structured cabling, HVAC controls, and general facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Low-voltage wiring, cabling, terminations, and troubleshooting.
- Access control systems, card readers, electronic locks, and related hardware.
- Security devices, cameras, sensors, and associated infrastructure.
- Intercom and communication systems; building automation components.
- Door operators, power supplies, and control wiring; troubleshooting system connectivity.
- Preventive maintenance and system inspections; documentation of work performed.
