Job summary

CBRE Mobile Engineer in California performs preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, industrial equipment, and grounds. You will oversee mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life-safety components, review work orders, and manage parts inventory to keep facilities running smoothly.

This role requires 4–5 years of experience, Universal CFC certification, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related maintenance experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles as needed.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the team.
