CBRE Mobile Engineer position in the Atlanta area focuses on facility maintenance for retail sites. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs with a company vehicle and supplied tools.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years' related experience; universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads and meet physical requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Service Channel experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Review inspections of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for design specs.
• Estimate time of completion and materials needed for repairs.
• Maintain truck stock inventory of supplies and tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicle to perform daily work tasks.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments with innovative solutions.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
