Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer (Fleet vehicle provided) to maintain and repair building systems. You will manage preventative and routine maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, ensuring systems run efficiently to protect client properties.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in building maintenance or engineering, hold a CFC certification or can obtain one, and demonstrate strong organization, communication, and on-call availability to handle after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in building/property maintenance or engineering.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain.
• HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• On-call availability for after-hours/weekend requests.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Licenses as per building/jurisdiction requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• General maintenance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, necessary maintenance, and repairs to mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Respond to client requests, prioritize work orders, and follow up to minimize downtime.
• Ensure the safety of clients and their properties.
