The American Red Cross in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a dedicated Lead/Charge Phlebotomist to support mobile blood drives. You will supervise a team, perform phlebotomy, and ensure safe, compliant donor interactions in community settings.

Starting pay is $26.06/hour with a benefits package including medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) matching. The role requires leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills for donor data and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience (18 months to four years of work experience in a related field) is required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in environments with public interaction required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required.
• A current valid driver's license and a good driving record is required.
• Basic computer skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
