Global Roles is seeking Blood Collection Staff – Customer Service to travel to donation sites, set up equipment, and welcome donors. After training, you will perform blood collections and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Training for phlebotomy techniques is provided.

The role emphasizes physical activity, strong customer service, and reliable transportation to various sites, with long or irregular hours as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Customer service experience and strong verbal communication essential.
Current, valid driver’s license with clean record; reliable transportation may be needed.
Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Physically active role requiring lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy items.
Good manual dexterity and ability to sit or stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Transport and set up equipment to convert everyday spaces into professional donation centers.
Work with team to set up and tear down equipment for mobile blood drives.
Welcome donors, listen to their stories, and help them feel comfortable and valued.
Perform safe, high-quality blood collections once trained in phlebotomy techniques.
Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure each donation meets quality standards.
Pack up equipment and leave sites knowing the blood could reach a patient soon.
