Job summary

Global Roles is seeking a Donor Center Phlebotomist to assist with all steps of the blood collection process at fixed site locations. You will help create a welcoming environment for volunteer donors and follow safety procedures to ensure lifesaving blood donations.

Paid training is provided and no prior medical experience is required, though phlebotomy experience is preferred. You will connect with donors, collaborate with teammates to keep donors returning, and maintain meticulous attention to

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service in a public setting.
• Current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift/push/pull heavy weights, sit/stand long hours, irregular shifts.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
