Job summary

Global Roles is seeking a Blood Collection Driver to transport supplies, equipment, blood products, and staff to mobile donation sites. You will assist with setup/teardown, ensure donor comfort, and uphold safety and regulatory standards throughout collection activities.

You will load/unload vehicles, connect with donors, and collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming environment. A valid license, strong communication, and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience and strong verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull heavy items and work long/irregular hours.
• Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to transport supplies, equipment, blood products and staff to mobile sites.
• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles.
• Engage with donors to explain the impact of donation and create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a friendly atmosphere for donors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in blood collection processes.
• Set up and tear down equipment at donation sites.
