Global Roles is seeking a Donor Center Phlebotomist to support the blood collection process at fixed-site locations. The role emphasizes donor engagement, safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Training is provided and no prior medical experience is required, though phlebotomy experience is a plus. The position requires strong customer service, manual dexterity, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
• A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and to sit or stand for long periods, with irregular hours.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
• Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.) is preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.

• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming environment for donors.
