Qualifications
- Associate degree plus 2 years work experience in mental health direct service
- CPS certificate and 1 additional year work experience in mental health direct service
- High School Diploma or GED with 3 years work experience in human services including 1 year in mental health direct service
- Bachelor’s Degree and preferably 1 year work experience in mental health direct service
Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with a caseload of clients in their home or community to teach them needed skills and connect them with supports
- Maintain a weekly schedule with most work time in face-to-face client meetings
- Thoroughly document client meetings reflecting work completed, interventions, and client responses
