Job summary

Hope Human Services is seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist to provide direct engagement and data-driven supports for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You’ll work within clients’ homes and community settings, collaborating with clinical teams to implement personalized plans and ensure safety and quality of care.

Travel to multiple program locations and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Behavioral Specialist/Trainer or related license preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct engagement with individuals in their home environment.
• Review collected data and participate in collaboration meetings.
• Implement supports around clinical and behavioral needs, including complex care.
• Develop and support specific plans; work with other disciplines.
• Attend Green Zone, Ukeru, and Right Response trainings.
