Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Behavior Consultant to oversee the implementation of behavioral management plans for IBHS clients in Allentown, PA. The role involves conducting functional behavioral assessments and providing behavioral consultation under supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality mobile services and ensuring compliance with licensure standards.

The position is a Part-Time leading to Full-Time caseload, offering a competitive hourly rate of $32+ billable hours.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures
• Provide clinical, mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, and best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards
• Develop and oversee implementation of behavior management plans
• Provide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization services as necessary
• Provide case consultation to BHTs and other staff as required by the Coordinator
• Submit accurate and timely payroll and billing documentation
• Conduct assessments of all new IBHS clients on caseload
• Provide documented information for re-authorizations as necessary
• Participate in supervision and program staff meetings

Education

Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
