Job summary

Chimes in Allentown, PA seeks a Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee implementation of behavior management plans and conduct functional behavioral assessments for IBHS clients, under Clinical Coordinator supervision.

Part-time leading to full-time caseload; requires a Master's degree in psychology/social work/education/counseling and at least 1 year of relevant experience; licensure preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• One year of full-time experience in providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.
• Licensed or certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures
• Provide clinical, mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, and best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards
• Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery
• Provide crisis assessment and behavioral stabilization services as necessary
• Provide case consultation to BHTs providing services on all shared cases and for other staff as required by the Coordinator
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• Provide all authorized client services and provide supporting documentation for re-authorizations, as necessary, in a timely manner
• Submit accurate and timely payroll and billing documentation

Education
