VIP Automotive Group is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to support customers across the Long Island, NY territory. This full-time role emphasizes light repairs, recall work, and programming in a mobile service environment.

The ideal candidate is a Level C Automotive Technician with dependability, organization, and strong communication skills, able to work with a broad customer base and maintain the service vehicle and scheduling with the Mobile Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean, valid driver's license.
• Experience in light automotive repairs and recall work is preferred.
• Familiar with factory software updates and vehicle programming procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct light repair and recall work in mobile service settings.
• Perform factory software flash updates and related programming procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, road-ready Mobile Service vehicle and stock it with required parts/tools.
• Communicate with Mobile Service Manager and coordinate daily service schedule.
• Provide professional, courteous service at customer locations.
