Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable performing light automotive repairs, recall work, software updates, and programming procedures in a mobile service environment.
• Experience with automotive diagnostics and instrumentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform light factory recall repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform factory software flash updates and related programming procedures.
• Complete assigned repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to company and manufacturer standards.
• Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service during every customer interaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed service work.
