Instant Car Fix, a mobile automotive service leader, is seeking a Mobile Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at customers' locations. You will use the latest tools and technology to deliver top-tier service, including routine maintenance and complex repairs, while generating detailed reports and building trust with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• ASE certifications valued; Master Technician status a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced tools and software.
• Execute a wide range of repairs, from routine maintenance to complex system overhauls.
• Conduct pre-purchase inspections and provide detailed reports to potential buyers.
• Offer expert advice on vehicle care and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain meticulous service records and documentation.
• Manage inventory in your mobile service vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining issues and solutions.
• Adapt to new technologies and repair techniques as they emerge.
