Job summary

Best Ford of Nashua is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to support our expanding Mobile Service Program. You will travel to customer locations in a fully equipped service van, performing light maintenance and diagnostics with dealership‑quality service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of automotive maintenance or repair experience.
A valid driver's license with a clean record; ASE/Ford certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations in a fully equipped Best Ford mobile service van.
Perform light‑duty maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filter and bulb replacements, fluid top‑offs, and basic diagnostics.
Perform multi‑point inspections and thoroughly document findings.
Communicate directly with customers to explain services performed, answer questions, and provide updates.
Maintain accurate service records and invoices using mobile service software.
Keep the mobile van stocked, clean, and service‑ready for each day’s schedule.
Represent Best Ford with professionalism and courtesy at every service stop.
Follow all manufacturer repair guidelines and safety procedures.
