Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to perform mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services across Crash Champions locations and partners. This mobile role blends mechanical repair with advanced ADAS work and requires frequent travel in a company vehicle.

We expect 4+ years in automotive repair, I-CAR PL3 within 90 days, and ASE scheduling within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience required.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and OEM service information.
• Ability to travel daily and lift up to 75–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations using a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, and electrical repairs.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and complete billing.
