Job summary

Wendle Motors is seeking a full-time Mobile Service Technician to deliver light automotive services directly to customers in the community. You will travel to appointments, perform recall replacements and oil changes, and organize daily service visits.

The role requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; automotive mechanic experience is preferred. Independent work with strong time management, plus customer-service aptitude, are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience or training as automotive mechanic preferred.
• Ambitious candidates with basic tools encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and solid problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare for daily service appointments
• Consult with customers regarding the work to be performed
• Estimate required parts and labor time for repairs and maintenance
• Perform high-quality repair work in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Conduct vehicle testing both before and after repairs to ensure proper function
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned, based on skills and certifications
