Job summary

Wendle Motors in Spokane is seeking a full-time Mobile Service Technician to deliver light automotive services directly to customers in the field. You will travel to appointments and perform tasks such as recall replacements and oil changes.

Responsibilities include organizing daily service appointments, communicating with customers about work, estimating parts and labor, and ensuring high-quality repairs to dealer and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience or training as an automotive mechanic preferred.
• Ambitious candidates with basic tools and mechanical knowledge from other fields encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and solid problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare for daily service appointments.
• Consult with customers regarding the work to be performed.
• Estimate required parts and labor time for repairs and maintenance.
• Perform high-quality repair work in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct vehicle testing both before and after repairs to ensure proper function.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, based on skills and certifications.
