Job summary

Powerhouse Automotive Group in Central Georgia is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to deliver dealership‑level automotive repair and maintenance at customers’ locations, ensuring high-quality diagnostics and clear communication. You will perform oil changes, brake service, recalls, and routine maintenance, document repairs with digital tools, and travel between client sites in varying weather.

A valid driver’s license and 2–5 years of automotive experience are required to work independently

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive repair experience
• Ford recall work experience preferred
• Strong vehicle diagnostics knowledge
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance, warranty repairs, and recalls
• Perform oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and general maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete repair orders and mobile service reports using digital tools
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle condition and estimates
• Coordinate with parts departments and service teams to ensure timely repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized mobile service vehicle and tools
• Road-test vehicles as needed for quality control
• Follow all manufacturer and dealership standards
