Long-Lewis Auto Group in Hoover, AL is seeking a friendly Mobile Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. This full-time role involves contacting customers, advising on mobile service options, and scheduling technician visits at the customer’s home or workplace.

The position offers an earning potential of $40,000–$70,000 annually, with a base Pay Rate of $15 per hour. Prior dealership experience is helpful but not required, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for mobile technicians at the customer’s agreed-upon time and location.
• Confirm customer contact information, vehicle details, service needs, and appointment location.
• Coordinate with mobile service technicians.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and follow dealership processes.
• Provide excellent phone-based customer service.
