Job summary

Long-Lewis Auto Group's Alabaster Ford service division is expanding its mobile service team. As a technician, you'll drive a company van to customer locations, perform diagnostics and repairs, and deliver dealership-quality workmanship on the road.

You will work independently with strong customer service, maintain records, and stay connected to the dealer team. ASE certification is required, Ford experience is a bonus, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of technician experience (dealership or high-volume shop preferred).
• ASE Certification required (Ford FSA a big plus!).
• Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills.
• Great communication and customer service mindset.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided mobile service van to customer locations.
• Perform diagnostics & repairs on a wide range of vehicles (Ford experience is a bonus).
• Deliver exceptional customer service & clear communication.
• Work independently while staying connected to our dealership team.
• Keep accurate records & maintain high safety and service standards.
