Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Automotive Paint Repair Technician to perform bumper and panel painting, spot panel blending, and touch‑up work in a fast paced dealership environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of automotive paint experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and willingness to work on-site. Background checks and drug screening are required; we offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive paint experience REQUIRED.
• Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting.
• Spot panel blend and clear blending.
• Paint touch-up and chip repair.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair.
• Headlight reconditioning.
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
