Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking an Automotive Paint Repair Technician to perform bumper and panel painting, spot panel blending, and color touch-ups at on-site mobile dealership locations. The role requires at least 2 years of automotive paint experience and a clean driving record, with responsibilities including headlight reconditioning and minor body repairs.

Work will be in a fast-paced, team-based garage or outdoor setting with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED.
• Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting
• Spot panel blend and clear blending
• Paint touch-up and chip repair
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair
• Headlight reconditioning
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required
• Perform other duties as assigned
