Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Automotive Paint Repair Technician. The role focuses on bumper and panel painting, spot blending, touch-ups, and headlight reconditioning in a fast-paced garage setting.

Required are 2+ years of automotive paint experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED.
• Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting
• Spot panel blend and clear blending
• Paint touch-up and chip repair
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair
• Headlight reconditioning
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required
• Perform other duties as assigned
