Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Memphis, TN seeks an Automotive Paint Repair Technician to perform bumper and panel painting, spot blending, touch-ups, and minor body damage repairs. Responsibilities include headlight reconditioning and other duties as assigned, in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of automotive paint experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work at a on-site mobile dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED.
• Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting
• Spot panel blend and clear blending
• Paint touch-up and chip repair
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair
• Headlight reconditioning
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required
• Perform other duties as assigned
