Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Automotive Paint Repair Technician to handle bumper and panel painting, touch-ups, and body repair in a fast-paced garage.

This on-site role offers a monthly commission salary between $4,000 and $6,000, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.

Weekend availability and a clean driving record are required; background checks and drug screening may be performed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED
• Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting
• Spot panel blend and clear blending
• Paint touch-up and chip repair
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair
• Headlight reconditioning
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required
• Perform other duties as assigned
