Job summary

The Hillman Group in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Mobile Locksmith Technician to join our customer-focused team. You will operate a fully equipped mobile van and perform automotive key cutting, fob programming or cloning, delivering locksmith services with a strong emphasis on quality and service.

Typical hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday, with weekends required. You will travel within a 50‑mile radius to stores and collaborate with an Automotive Mobile Sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Locksmith License.
• Experience in locksmithing, automotive services, retail, or other customer-facing technical roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile locksmith solutions from a company van.
• Assist customers with automotive locksmith needs, including key cutting and fob programming.
• Operate and maintain the mobile store and keep the van presentable.
• Manage inventory, coordinate meetings, and support mobile program excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service reflecting professionalism and care.
