Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform vehicle diagnostics and support customers using the Autel scanning unit. You will respond to inquiries and explain diagnostic steps while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Requirements include 2+ years as a diagnostic technician, with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred. Eligible applicants must pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics on vehicles using the Autel scanning unit.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with scanning procedures.
• Explain and resolve technology issues related to vehicle diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document work orders as required.
