Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic tasks, assist customers, and support Autel scanning procedures. The role involves researching vehicle tech issues and communicating resolutions clearly to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a diagnostic technician, own or plan to obtain necessary tools, and can pass pre-employment screenings. Benefits start day one and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must own or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete duties.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostic duties and assist customers.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Research and explain technology issues on vehicles.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
