Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostics, support Autel scanning procedures, and assist customers with technical questions. The role requires hands-on work with diagnostic equipment and strong customer communication.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of diagnostic experience, ownership or access to appropriate tools, and the ability to pass background checks; I-CAR/ ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must own or obtain necessary tools to perform job duties as assigned.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support Autel scanning procedures.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of scanning unit operations.
• Research and resolve vehicle diagnostic issues and communicate findings clearly.
