Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to apply technical knowledge, assist customers, and support the Autel scanning unit. You will answer calls, explain scanning procedures, and help resolve vehicle technology issues.

The role requires 2+ years of diagnostic experience, tools, and a readiness to obtain required tools. I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Willing to obtain required tools for duties.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical diagnostic support to customers.
