Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience.
• ICAR/ASE certifications preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers.
• Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Answer technical questions relating to Autel unit scanning procedures.
• Conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.
